At the height of my frustration, I was working from the moment I woke up until long after everyone else went to bed, but I always felt behind. Like no matter how fast I ran, I was still never going to catch up to everything I needed to get done. It was demoralizing, depressing, defeating, and all those other de- words that mean I feel bad about myself. 

One day, I decided I'd had enough. Clearly what I was doing wasn't working. I wasn't making the money I wanted, and I was miserable. Something had to change. I had to be the one to change it for myself. And I did that using this exact system I'm sharing with you in this 3-Step challenge.

Who Am I?

Hey There! I'm Minessa and I am a chronic over-doer. I've never been a stranger to overfilling my plate. In my career I've managed large and small companies, big and little teams, and huge multi-year and multi-institutional projects – sometimes all at the same time! Juggling so many roles all at once, I always felt like I was trying to do everything, and still always felt like I ever got anything done.  

It was time for a change. 

So I created my signature system to take control of my life back from my schedule. Using proven systems of prioritization, minfulness, and realistic daily goal setting, I finally felt like I was doing something!  

And even more than that, I finally felt like I could do things I loved like escape rooms, hang out with my puppies, and binge watch TV shows with my husband.
